Goalpost 1: 350k, so have my pension

Goalpost 2: 1.2M, to live from my money alone right now and forever

I need 1.08m for 30 years of pension. 

Thus I need 350k 32 before that (3.5% roi - because of inflation)

I need 4k per month on average right now until the end. 

Lets say I can withdraw 4% yearly, I need to withdraw 48k per year, thus I need 1.2M right now.
